I will be more than happy to try and make it pleasant for you. I want you to be satisfied as a customer. Leaving negative reviews for a small business is super damaging. I can send you another one. I have not heard any issues from others who have purchased this product.
    Also I want to address something. You said this is a lotion. This is not a lotion. It is a balm. Balms are super thick and need to be massaged into the skin deeply. Not rubbed in like a lotion. I specifically made this to be massaged in deep tissue. It helps with circulation. If you want a lotion you may want to use our creams. They absorb and are very silky. Let me know and I can replace this or send you one of our creams.
